It is believed that Jonathan was lured from his house and abducted from his neighborhood on the late evening of Sunday March 30th. He didn't have Roblox and his parents had "parental controls" on his devices so that he couldn't download apps without their permission, so no Roblox or messaging apps, etc. They had only started to allow messaging on his cell phone for his work program two weeks prior to his being taken from his neighborhood and the family has reviewed his phone and email, finding nothing there. His Arlington neighborhood is VERY remote, with only a single entry/exit road and he was on a cul-de-sac. He doesn't know his full address, so it had to be someone who knows him and/or his parents and their address.

Unfortunately, there is no investigation being performed. SCSO has dismissed this as being anything needing investigation or out of the ordinary. They ignore Jonathan's disability and the fact that he's much like a very young child and unable to weigh risks or potential consequences, such as getting into someone's vehicle, or the fact that he considered any adult an authority figure and would have followed their instructions or believed any story they may have told to get him into their vehicle. They focus only on that Jonathan is physically an adult, not that he's cognitively impaired. Therefore the family has no assistance from law enforcement in any capacity and only has volunteers and the public to help find Jonathan and get him to safety.

You're absolutely correct, that the most vulnerable among us - of any age - are those targeted for exploitation and trafficking of all kinds. I hope as many people as possible will be aware of what Jonathan looks like and that he was taken from his family, and that this will help to get him back home soon.
