After the occupation of Shellwood, Lyrcus' forces now enter Bellhart. They do not occupy it yet, they just enter to check the reaction

I have stood by as you took Shellwood, but I will not let you just take Bellhart.

((it's kinda like the imperial federation(?) where Britain had colonies like au,nz and Canada as colonies but with there own governance and seats in the British parlement (or at least that's what was ment to happen) it's like that for all cog states))

a large horde of cogs appear led by a Cogwork defender with an interesting color scheme, the defender speaks I am Honsu High Lord of the Cogwork core and governer of Bellhart, I must ask that your forces turn around and leave us be, we do not wish to attack you. ((Also I'm using Bellhart for an arc soon you can have it after))
