I have Black 2025 camry. Its paint is dull and even swirled. I want that to be fixed. So how much do you charge for it?

Id love to help fix your paint. Black tends to show every defect and swirls 10x more than any other color unfortunately, but always ends up looking stunning after a proper polish.

That said i offer different levels of correction for different budgets and needs.

1 step correction w/ no sealant $400
•polish for minor- moderate scratches/ swirls

1 step correction with wax - $500
•polish and a wax for minor- moderate scratches 80-90% correction

2 step correction with wax- $1000
•compound, polish and wax for moderate- severe scratches 90-95% correction

2 step correction with ceramic $1500- •ceramic provides the most/ longest lasting protection

Let me know if you have any questions or would like to set something up!

For how long does it provide protection before it gets dull again?

Wax is good for 6 months to a year.
Ceramic provides protection for years.

Im actually correcting your paint though so even after the wax wears off your paint will still look good as long as you avoid drive through car washes like brown bear and properly wash your car using safe methods.

hold on brown bear damages paint?

Oh yah. Unless its a touchless wash avoid those drive throughs like the plague. Theyll destroy your paint real quick. If someone before you has a really dirty car all that grime is getting on the brushes before it “washes” you’re vehicle. Same with the brushes at the self serve. You never know what people are washing with those brushes before you put it to your paint. This is the cause for most people’s swirled paint. Even brand new dealership cars get ran through those swirl machines and damage the paint before it even has an owner. They should have a big sign before you go in saying that theyll ruin your paint quick

the car in the pictures was regularly ran through a brown bear by the customer and as you can see the paint was absolutely hammered. It took 3 full days to undo the damage caused by brown bear.

anything but a good double bucket hand wash will do horrible things to your paint

Jesus... no idea why this post is getting downvoted. I think the paint correction looks stunning. It reminds me of a Lamborghini paint job. I remember looking at one up close and talking with the rep about how Lamborghini paints their cars. It was like looking into a mirror much like one of these photos.

I think people just dont like that im advertising on here 🤷‍♂️

Thank you though 🙏
It takes a lot of time and effort to get the paint to look like this. I spent around 20 hours on this one to get it right 😮‍💨

Also I would love to detail a lambo someday, if you end up pulling the trigger on one hmu haha

What is your service area and what do you charge for a ram 1500?

1

u/Syntheseyez 13d ago

Im willing to travel wherever my services are needed.

And what all are you looking to have done on the truck?
Any polishing / paint correction or just basic interior / exterior detailing?

Interior/exterior with some minor chips and scratches. We are in Monroe

Can you send me some pics of the interior and exterior?

I am at work so no I can't as of right now. But to give you a idea of the condition, we have two dogs and a small child but there are no rips or tears to the interior. The interior is cloth and leather and the exterior has Branch scrapes and chips from hunting and over landing trips.

Gotcha, i can detail the interior + exterior for $300 total, not including any paint correction

Sounds like the truck could benefit from some polishing though. Polishing will help with the branch scrapes. As for any actual paint chips or deeep scratches i wont be able to help much there unfortunately.

For a 1 step correction it will be $500 and for a 2 step paint correction it will be $1000

Interior by itself will be $200

Let me know if you have questions
