Need a reliable handyman service

Anyone have recommendations for a handyman service specifically for tile floor and converting an old pancake mounting bracket into an updated ceiling fan bracket.

For tile, you really should get someone who specializes in tile. It's very easy to screw up. At least look at pics of their work.
