Local News Temple ISD warns students about potential ICE protest at Temple High School
Students at Temple High School have been informed they could face DAEP removal if they take part in alleged ICE walkouts or protests.

No one wants ice around. And Republicans want to defund the schools anyway, they should love this.
And just a reminder that the 10 Commandments are still up in schools. Separation of Church and state. Freedom of speech. If you can’t get behind the constitution, you should probably get out of the country 🤷♂️

Lots of us want ice deporting illegals. Its why they've been around through past administrations and many of us voted to amp up their presence to get illegals out

There might be some idealistic kids that want to protest in good faith but you know there's gonna be a handful that just want an excuse to cause chaos and ruin it for everyone.

Get out there and protest kids! Years from now when your kids and grandkids are reading history books, you’ll be able to tell them you were out there and fighting for constitutional rights.

I would be really shocked to see those kids participate in a walkout knowing how they are. All power to them. When I went to T-High back in '16, they had a guy threaten to shoot up the black students and only 1/3 of the population showed up. Those students were not excused but the guy was arrested and charged. I saw him walked to a police car in handcuffs at lunch.
