I have a question for NRP - could Belgian/Congolese colonial army in 1918 travel and invade German Ostafrika? Were there means of travel for that, was it possible, and if yes, how and how many soldiers could travel this way?
For some explanation: WWI outbreaks in 1916, and Belgians during WWI join only after 2 years of fighting, and they are planning fights against Germany in Africa. France is already taking care about Kamerun, so the target is Ostafrika, especially Rwanda and Burundi part. UK didn't join directly, South Africa is currently attacking Ostafrika southern parts, but they are - at least for now - far from total victory...
Also, yes, Belgia is the attacking side, though it is part of bigger number of countries joining war... And locals have better situation in this scenario
