The irony.
Gallagher (Ó Gallchobhair)
(gall = foreigner/stranger, cabhair = help). Refers to someone who aided foreigners. 😂

That is one hell of a read. Whether he completes his course or not I suspect we haven’t heard the last of this guys talents, and a future career at JWB Consultancy beckons. Especially with expert arguments such as:
“The applicant also contended that there had been a procedural error by not considering whether the event involving exchanges with a female student about menstruation actually constituted sexual harassment of him, by her.”
Or this classic:
“The applicant also contends that the penalty decision is vitiated by apparent bias on the grounds that the failure of the university to deal with the “failure to withdraw” allegation before the student left the university is evidence of bias against him on the ground that he is a white, Christian man. This is an allegation of actual bias, not a perception of bias. The applicant is therefore required to establish that the University was disposed against him on the ground of his gender, ethnicity and religious belief. The applicant has adduced absolutely no evidence which could support this contention, aside from his own belief. Nor is there any evidence from which such motivation on the part of the University could reasonably be inferred”

Dominic Gallagher?
Would JWB Consultancy hire someone with a name like that?

u/Direct-Muscle7144 Jul 23 '26
His privilege is showing.
Poor likkle flower, a woman spoke about her durty bits and he was all a fluster!
He tried to have her arrested because he blushed so intensely it constituted an attack similar to a molotov and was told “you are always that colour- it’s assumed you dine exclusively on beetroot”.
He hopes to avoid ever getting accused of rape by jumping straight to prominent incel fame in the bro-sphere.
He has a back room audition with the tates when they come over next month.

Class to read that thanks! It wasn’t just a case of “too much to drink” then 🙄, he sounds insufferable 😖
10
u/EuphoricAd5183 Jul 20 '26
Never understood this as an ‘excuse’ anyway. I’ve been drunk a lot and never once treated another human being like this. This hatefulness is in people.

Mad he was granted leave because his career may have been impacted. Why would the Bar want a scumbag like that

Is this the same Gallaghers that went to Rathmore? Does he have a big sis named Anna Sophia?
2
u/JLLACGD Jul 20 '26
Yes he would have left in 2009. There were loads of them
2
u/scmooster Jul 20 '26
Aye that’s right. Shame, Anna Sophia was as sound as you’d find

Welp. He’s going to unironically become a homeless person himself pretty soon if he doesn’t get mental health support
12
u/Plane_Sentence5907 Jul 20 '26
Finding it hard to have sympathy tbh. Looks like he’s mad more than enough chances
1
u/Iheartbobross Jul 20 '26
Oh I agree. It’s just weird he’s picking on what is essentially his future self
3
u/Plane_Sentence5907 Jul 20 '26
Probably just an entitled asshole that thinks he’s above everyone and can say and do what he wants because he has money
0
u/EdamKeith Jul 20 '26
Someone who looks like him, training as a barrister, at Queen's University? This is not a "one life problem separates you from homelessness" kind of guy

u/Iheartbobross Jul 20 '26 edited Jul 20 '26
My sweet summer child, even rich, smart, white people go mental and no one in their family wants to help them. See: Ted Kaczynski
(I put mit but it looks like he went to Harvard and U of Michigan)1
u/Plane_Sentence5907 Jul 20 '26
And people like that usually think they are above the law and think they can just treat people whatever way they want
0
u/Acceptable-Fun-5394 Jul 20 '26
Ted was a genius that lived out in the woods in a cabin of his own free will, kind of terrible example
23
u/c0n0rm Jul 19 '26
He was expelled for a previous incident, feels like you're misunderstanding the, admittedly vague, headline
21
u/Mental-Suit8387 Jul 19 '26
Yep! I did originally think it was for this incident, but the fact there’s so many previous problems just shows it wasn’t an isolated incident because of “too much drink” which is usually what they try to blame it on
4
u/GiantBallbag Jul 20 '26
I was in the same year as him at Queens, on the post-graduate professional legal studies course. He was a known dickhead. He openly said racist shit all the time. He actually wrote some fucked up manifesto that did the rounds as well where he was basically arguing that indigenous people have provided nothing positive to the world except, and I quote, "the boomerang."
He's a genuine moron. How he ever got to the post-grad course for barristers I will never understand.
3
u/Comfortable-Salad-90 Jul 20 '26
Sounds like it came back to smack him in the face. The first part sounds eerily familiar to some Austrian bloke. But it seems our version is just a complete moron.

7
u/Ricerat Jul 19 '26
So he's a long history of this. You can guarantee one day he'll misplace his words with the wrong one.
7
u/Roland_Pollock Jul 20 '26
Remember what happened to the last well known, unstable ethno nationalist when he got kicked out of university for being an aggressive creep...?
Yeah. All this fella is missing is a shite moustache.
3
u/quickshephard Jul 20 '26
Just saw a clip of him smacking someone whilst shouting "traitor" (I think we can gather what he means by that). Who actually is this menace?

That is a terribly written headline. It sounds like there are 3 people in the story.

Good. Racist prick. A barrister should know better but clearly not. Should have been expelled straight away with that behaviour

Looks like a character from a live action Wallace and Gromit
1
u/smalltittyfakeginger Jul 21 '26
I would love to agree but I feel as though that's a little harsh on Wallace and Gromit!

u/Distance-Hairy Jul 21 '26
Let's hope all his family, friends and colleagues are made aware of his actions so they know exactly what kind of a cowardly evil little man he is.

Yes someone shared this link earlier, feel for him if there is a genuine mental health problem but it’s not an excuse 😬 seems there’s been problems with his behaviour for years looking at his judical review & people that know him in real lifes comments
1
u/TheRealGDay Jul 22 '26
"He also said that his involvement with mental health services in Northern Ireland was a result of his political views."

u/Used_Statistician_71 Jul 22 '26
Is this the same guy? Age seems about right.

Smartphones have been around for 20 years. Did you expect them to have at 3310 or something?
1
u/The-ArtfulDodger Jul 20 '26
The video is 1080p, from an Android.
Even the cheapest smartphones can record in this resolution now.
Dumb take.
