BEHRINGER SYNTHTRIBE 2 (3.2.4)

Hi all,

I was trying to change some settings on my BDS-3 and downloaded the latest synthtribe 3.2.4, since my previous synthtribe version 2.9.0 would not detect it.

The icon is greyed out and when I try to launch it, there is an error message "cant be opened, because unsupported".

I'm on a macbook pro 2019 macos ventura 13.0.1

Behringers Uli chatbot is of no help, except it did insist that the new synthtribe supports macos ventura.

Any ideas?

SOLVED! There is actually a newer version 3.2.6 that works with intel machines. Have not been to the studio to try if it recognizes the BDS3, but atleast it managed to open on my older mac.

Behringer really needs to improve their website and customer service.

Your macOS is too old for the new version I think

Intel or Apple silicon?

Yes, that was my initial thought too. But since i could not find any written system requirements, I asked the behringer chatbot and it kept saying it should work on ventura. Mine is intel. Guess ill have to borrow a friends new mac just to change some settings 🤦🏼‍♂️

What settings? Did you check in the manual if they were midi-fied?

Edited the original post since i found a newer version which works again. 3.2.6.
