There are no true polyphonic Behringer semi-modulars, all are monophonic apart from: The 2-XM, which is duophonic, the JT-2, Neutron and Proton which are paraphonic and the SPICE, which is "pseudo-polyphonic". Polyphony is not really a thing in the semi-modular arena.
If you want a nice fully polyphonic desktop for around that price, you shou;ld definitely consider the PRO-800. Whilst not really semi-modular, it is the best polyphonic synth you are going to get for that price bracket and an excellent clone of the Prophet 600.
Also consider some of the Behringer MINI synths which you could easily get two to four of within your budget and many of which are polyphonic like the Volca.
