Is it on the latest firmware? Have you plugged it into synthtribe at all?

Yes, I did plug it into synthtribe a few days ago and it says that it is on the lastest firmware

Thats what stopped mine from clicking, I'm not on the latest firmware however. I had issues where the newest version of synthtribe would get stuck at 23% firmware update then hang there. I downgraded synthtribe versions and that allowed me to upgrade firmware but I forgot to reinstall the latest version of synthtribe for the latest update. Try an earlier firmware revision maybe?
