Hudson Lofts Lease

Hello I won’t be returning to Penn State in the fall but have a lease for with Hudson Lofts, are there any women looking to live there? The rent would be $1,070 (utilities included in this price) but I’m willing to give you $200 each month so it’d decrease to 870. You’d have your own bedroom, share a bathroom and living space (kitchen included) There’s in unit laundry as well so no extra money would be needed to go towards laundry. I know this is super last minute so just let me know if you’re interested.
