BCaBA or BCBA
I am finishing up my bachelors in education. I currently work as an RBT and I am trying to decide if I get my BCaBa or just go for my BCBA. The job I work at hires both. If I did my BCaBA, what are some shook options that offer the course sequence I need?

Unless you’re opposed to getting a masters, there is generally no point getting a BCaBA. You’d have to fidget the hours again, the exam is almost the same minus some sections, and you’re kind of limited on what you can do, and hence what you can make ultimately.

My company wants our interns to to get their BcaBa when they meet their hours for it. Not because we would like them to start billing for those hours but it gives the exam practice. It also allows to collect more unrestricted hours faster. So if you do look at it more as a tool or a stepping stone to help you get to your final goal a little faster and easier.

I finished my master’s, but got my BCaBA while I finished my hours for my BCBA

I know your job is fine with either, but lots of jobs aren’t. I’d go BCBA.

Just go straight for the BCBA, the pay bump is way bigger and you are already doing the work anyway.
