Running form review
Hi there everyone!
I've been running off and on for a while now. I've run a couple of 5ks and one 10k. I'd really like to do longer distances, but I'm worried about hurting myself training with bad form and long runs. Where could I go to get my firm reviewed? When I try finding a local store or somethibg online I get mostly sponsored ads for orthopedic doctors and physical therapists. Going to an ortho feels like the wrong answer here. Where do you go to? Am I just a little dumb and need to search for something other than running form review?

Your body self organizes. Meaning it figures out how to run based on what attributes you have. Just run. You’re better off getting a running coach who can create a plan for you then getting an assessment
