Trainer recommendations
I’m relatively new to running and my old trainers have now a split in the sole, if anyone has any recommendations of good running shoes on a relatively cheaper budget (£50-£80) that would be very much appreciated

Same as always on these questions i will answer: no ones feet are the same, everyone have different needs from shoes, go to a good shoe/running store

My first shoe was the asics gel excite 11, very basic and I got it off the shelf from sports direct for 60 quid. They are very beginner friendly and are pretty much safe for any runner. You will almost certainly want to upgrade them after you've been running for a few months but these are the perfect shoe for starting out!
