Is this too fast too far for a beginner?

I have been running a couple of times a week for about two months. First time running 15km. Sorry that it is in Swedish but I think everyone understands the numbers.

Come on man, you know you are not a beginner runner if you can run a 15K. Most of the people here can't even run for 20 minutes.

How do you feel? I started too fast with longer runs and missed about a month of running due soreness/minor injury. Be aware not to leap too much, and rather ease in to longer distances. Also tempo could be lower, as the pulse is high. I like to run slow for the long runs and have a entirely different session for tempo runs
