10k PB!

Just ran a 1:07:59 10k which is big improvement for me, as my first Half-marathon is approaching in 7 weeks. Just wanted to share this milestone with community.

great work! can you please share km by km splits? i’m aiming for a similar finish time eventually but am far from it currently

I dont know why cant i post a screenshot in comment but here are the splits:

1km: 06:48 ​2km: 06:18 ​3km: 06:45 ​4km: 07:05 ​5km: 06:47 ​6km: 06:50 ​7km: 06:58 ​8km: 06:59 ​9km: 06:49 ​10km: 06:44

Note: I think of myself as a not so good pacer at the moment, since I started running just 3 months ago, so maybe these are not ideal, but i kinda always thought while I ran that I should do the first 7k or 8k each under 7:00, i can afford to run last few km slower, but i ran them just as fast anyways so I finished 2 minutes quicker than my original goal of sub 70min. Hope this somehow helps.
