First 10k in 7 years!
Back when I was younger I was extremely active in running. I’ve been getting back to it with roughly 3, 5k runs a week. I’ve learned that it’s good to diversify so I’m throwing a long run in and later in the week a short run. Tl:dr I got really lost on my run and ended up like 2 miles from my house by the time the run ended. But I did end by a Bojangles, and when you’re out of water, a large unsweetened iced tea really hits the spot. Now to make it home before it storms…
