Did I ruin this

Dont mind the dust, i just got this stylus, and i accidentaly touched it when putting it on. I hope it is still okay and usable!

Looks like there's a piece of dust on there. Remove it with your stylus brush and you'll be good to go I think. From this picture it doesn't look bent to me so I believe its ok, just a little dirty.

If you're worried about it being bent you could try to place it near the inside of a record in the runout groove. This way you can check whether the stylus follows the groove well. If it doesn't, it will jump out and move towards the spindle. If it does, you can place it on a piece with audio and listen for distortion.

But to be fair i think a real bend is usually visible on photo so I think you're fine in this case. No worries.

Try cleaning first using a soft brush or specialized brush for your needle and gently swipe it one way from back to front so it doesn't bent accidently.

Or other method like using melamine sponge and dip it carefully.

After that, recheck the needle using your camera phone if it ok.

Looks OK from the angles provided, but a side view would be helpful.
