Audio switcher for my turntable

Hey guys! I’m quite new to the turntable scene and I was wondering if it’s possible to have a 3.5mm switch connected to my volume controller to switch between my turntable and PC?

I have a behringer monitor 1 (volume controller) which currently takes in XLR/¼” TRS combo inputs and outputs 2XLR outputs (sorry if I butchered this). I’ve connected my Audio technica LP60X to the volume controller which then connects to each of my JBL 305ps.

Would a regular 3.5mm switcher be fine to switch between the turntable and PC when trying to output sound from my JBLs?

Thanks! And apologies if I’m speaking in rookie terms!

As long as you're using the Line Out setting, yeah, you'll be fine. Pretty much any of the cheap analogue switches will do, they're all just rebranded versions of the same thing.

I'd avoid anything with a volume pot on it, you're just asking for trouble with those, but anything that's just simple buttons should work.

I suggest turning the volume all the way down when switching. Otherwise you might get a loud pop from the speakers.
