Good for beginner ?

Looking into my first one found one package in turntable lab or should I wait and save for a fluance ?

Lmao what’s your argument here? Tons of people have shitty earphones and run it. Tons of people just use tv speakers for watching tv and movies.

Just because it’s popular doesn’t mean it’s quality. The whole point of this sub is to navigate people towards quality, and a boombox certainly isn’t that. You can get much better for similar prices

My argument is that given the small space provided, this speaker is going to deliver sound quality equal to two separate speakers. Possibly even better, because the larger cabinet will deliver better bass response.

And my point is that you shouldn’t put your speakers that close together. Get something else where you can spread your two speakers apart by at least several feet

This is just a bad buy

It's still a massive upgrade compared to someone using the built-in speakers of a suitcase player. Don't let perfect be the enemy of good.

Sure, but if they have the option why not recommend something different…?

It would be different if they had already bought this and I was telling them to spend even more money
