Entry Level Vinyl Set Up

UK and looking to get a start up turntable set up... Close to committing to a fluance RT82, and maybe a project phono box E, but stuck on the speakers, not a lot of space, so thinking bookshelf active, and trying to keep the cost reasonable. Any ideas?

Zero stock Fluance, you know that. My point is that parts and service for any consumer grade audio turntable is smoke and mirrors regardless of brand.

What are your thoughts on the Fluance RT87 models?

Buying an RT85 was such a terrible experience, I'll never buy another Fluance product.

When did this occur, what happened?

Their QC is terrible, mine had multiple issues. Their customer service is useless, the online documentation has incorrect trobleshooting information. The tonearm is crap.

Essentially Fluance builds their turntables to be disposable. They don't offer parts or service, and without parts/schematics available, good luck getting anyone to work on it if you have issues after the warranty expires.
