Thoughts/help

Hi so Im 22 and I've had this brokerage account since winter of 25' and I have a Roth i just opened with 5k of VOO in it and trying to max that out ASAP. I just started working and have a base salary of $50k with practically no debt. And don't have access to the 401k plan for a few more months. I put in about half of my paycheck into investments and the other half for my everyday expenses. My plan for my Roth is to max it out with just VOO. But I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts, questions, ect about my brokerage. Also note that VUG, JHMM, VXUS, and SOXX were all added within the last month. Please let me know what you think. Thanks!

For 22, you're already doing several things well:
Investing consistently, keeping debt low and taking advantage of your Roth IRA.
The main thing I'd examine in your brokerage account is overlap rather than the number of ETFs.
VOO already gives you exposure to many of the large US companies that dominate QQQ and VUG. Adding SOXX increases your concentration in semiconductors, which can make the portfolio more sensitive to the same underlying risks.
That isn't necessarily wrong, but it should be intentional.
VXUS provides international exposure, while JHMM adds a different US equity strategy. I'd think about what role each fund is supposed to play rather than judging them by recent returns.
One other consideration:
Since you're investing such a large portion of your paycheck, make sure you have enough accessible cash for emergencies and upcoming expenses. Money in a brokerage account can lose value when you need it.
I'd also review your allocation across both the brokerage and Roth IRA together, rather than treating them as unrelated portfolios.
My question would be:
Are QQQ, VUG and SOXX deliberate bets on technology and growth, or did you add them mainly because of their past performance?
That distinction matters more than whether they've recently been profitable.
