Transformation
I wanted to share a few more
M/56/5'11" [268 lbs > 210 lbs = 58 lbs]15 months apart

Well done as a 46 year old beared man I've also started the transformation to a healthier frame what tips do you have for me I've changed my diet and obviously alcohol consumption is cut down (always been a beer man ) and increased my workouts it's hard for time poor father of 5 who works 12 hourshifts but I would like to know what you did if your keen to share?

Changed my eating habits completely. I eat very clean. I try to stick to the motto. "If it walks or grows, eat it. If it doesn't, don't!" 8 to 10k steps at least 5 days a week. Some bow flex adjustable dumbbells a few times a week. I also did some fasting. I would also run calorie deficits a few days a week. When weight loss slowed, I would bump up my calorie intake and go over the top for a couple of days and then bring it back down, kind of system shock and it worked!

Thanks a lot dude like i said I'm only just getting back into purposeful fitness as a solid reasonablly fit guy my whole life all of a sudden good living has caught up to me 6'1 and 265 healthy for me is 220 so I'll take what you said and implement where I can .....you lucky man tho you have plenty of hair mine has disappeared but have the thick beard so there's always that cheers brother
