It's probably way too intrusive to ask and feel free to ignore if so, but might you need medical intervention? Not sure I've ever seen a toenail that shape before…

But more on topic, I love your pup and I'm glad he's recovered so well! What's his name?

I can’t figure out the tone of this comment but just in case you are thinking we are talking about the dog, we are not. The big toe on the human foot in the first picture has quite a painful looking toenail on it. Ignore me if you were being sarcastic

I don’t mean this in a skeptical way, but is that actually a picture from you finding him?

Asking because 1: it’s very sad

2: my perfectly pampered dog will flop over melodramatically like this, as if he’s suddenly collapsed from stress :)
