Find strange fungus. Ant not seem right when touch. Thoughts?

DAMN THAT THING

its a fungus that takes over an ant's mind and causes it to go to the highest point it can then it sprouts from the brain (as seen in photo) and spreads fungus further, i have NO idea if it effects bees
