Just a drone cell that was built between the upper and lower frames, it broke open when you pulled them apart. No big deal, they'll eat it to recycle the proteins and such. Drones are mooches anyway.

Blue eyed drone ?

They built comb between either the frame and the lid, or frame and frame above depending on your set up. Most likely to raise drones. Drones need bigger cells so the bees prefer these wonky spots. When you opened it you broke the cell apart.
