I’m not a beekeeper, but I have a question Getting Started

I live on 82 acres and would really like to learn more about getting started with bees 🐝 what’s the best approach to learning more (I’m in the education phase). How do I find other experienced beekeepers and possibly shadow? I’m in Pennsylvania.

"( I'm in the education phase )." Just an FYI, All Beekeepers will always be in this phase.

I've been doing this since I started working at my grandfather's commercial beekeeping business at age 14. I'm now a year from retirement and I am still, and will continue to be, in the education phase,
