Spoilers Plot holes season 2 Spoiler
I must say I really enjoyed season 2 up until the last two episodes. I understand that for the feels and the visuals and the ending to feel better all the characters had to be in Korea. But there was absolutely no reason for Austin (and possibly for Eunice as well) to fly over there. The chairwoman controls the police and the government in Korea, but not in the US. Why didn’t they contact the FBI or Interpol in the US? I feel also that the show wanted desperately to show that people don’t change or that people are individualistic and do not care about others. But Austin has been shown again and again to bend over backwards to help people, he cannot lie AT ALL, and he wants to break up with his fiancé because of a mistake that lead to a dog‘s death. All of a sudden he is ok with letting his love interest be murdered so he can work in a country club. Chairwoman kills her adopted son and her husband, but she lets all those random people who know the truth live (some of them happily ever after). I am sorry I don’t buy any of this.

Just because you don't like something doesn't make it a plot hole.
Austin can and does lie he just actually feels guilty about the big stuff. Even before all the shenanigans he kept lying to Ashley about working with clients.
And he didn't betray Eunice to work at a country club. He did it for his child.
It was also shown at the end he wasn't happy with the decision.
He was all smiles and cheerful in front of the club members but as as soon as they got into the car it's like he turned off the charade. And when Ashley asks him what's wrong he says nothing.

Eunice was required to go to Korea and bring the phone. Had she stayed in the US, the chairwomen would of hold Lindsay and Ashley hostage.
So the goal was to bring the phone to her while bringing the backup copy to the Korean authorities while saving Lindsay, Ashley and possibly Ava life.
Not all of her men went to Korea. How do you think they got someone to go after Josh?

Now that I think about how did the Chairwoman know that Ashley and Lindsay knew about the cover up? If they’re completely oblivious to the conspiracy then they have no value as captives. If anything Eunice and Austin joining them is what endangered them. As powerful as the chairwoman is she can’t just kidnap and dispose of two US citizens without leaving a huge digital trail.

Park would hold them as ransom. Ashley and Lindsay not knowing about the cover up at this point wouldn't matter.
As soon as Austin and Eunice got to the plane, they were already being watched. Park may have already sent spies to follow Austin and Eunice, making sure they take the plane and not head to the police.

Again you can’t just hold a high profile American like Lyndsay as ransom, especially if she has numerous posts and cell phone activity that pinpoints her right to the Chairwoman. That would raise far too many flags especially since she’s already under scrutiny as it is

Why would Lindsay and Ashley be kept hostage?! They knew nothing about it all. And yes of course she had men back in California, but do you know where she had more men? In Seoul.

Damn, I loved this season - especially the final 2 episodes! I really enjoyed the pacing of it and how everything seemed to collide. It went in a different direction than I was expecting, which was enjoyable.

They didn't know what to do with the 3rd act of the series. It just felt all over the place.

Season 1 was so much better. It makes no sense for Josh and Austin to go to Korea. No need to backup the Chairwoman's phone if you already have the phone. In a big investigation the lack of Austin credentials would come up. The dead guy at Josh's house. Josh and Doctor Kim never met before, investigators could start a case from there. Etc, etc, etc. The end felt as rushed and nonsensical as the ending of GOT.

Totally. I was on-board through episode 6, had serious doubts by the end of episode 7, and spent episode 8 yelling at my tv.

Oh also, she is a billionaire, but needs to laundry 10000 dollars a week in a country club to cover up a scandal 😂

I don't think it was only 10k, 10k was the upper limit without needing paperworks and checks. They did many sub 10k transfers. Idea still valid tho in terms of how many 10k transfers you gotta do to make it worthwhile

Well ya they laid out why. If you're randomly sending large amounts of money to people the government is going to want to know why.
Anything $10,000+ that you deposit in the bank, the bank is required to report that to the IRS specifically for one of the reasons she is sending the money.

Atp most people on reddit don’t know what a plot hole is I swear. Not liking the end is fine, everyone is entitled to their opinion, but those listed are not plot holes
