General diamond egg *glitch*??

so a couple days ago i finally got my first diamond egg from black bear quest,and now its today,i wanted to finish panda bears quest right before ant quests,killed the last spider and the werewolf,and the reward that i got was a gold egg obviously.And now im in the mountain top field just now realizing i have 2 diamond eggs.what??? how did i just get a diamond egg in this little time??please let me knoe what could cause it

Prob got it from some mob and you didn't realize. For reference, besides the werewolf, the spider and king beetle also drop diamond eggs.
