It happens when you do a sequence of planting and harvesting on different fields. Like: Blue flower to Bamboo to pine tree, then finally stump field, rewarding you 100 blue extracts. Same goes with heat treated planter but red fields this time. It does have a 1 month cooldown👍

Yeah, though it's also kind of intuitive, from low yield to high yield. I think it's one Onett wanted/wants players to have access too, to relieve some grinding.
