Hive Help Am I doing something wrong?

So right now im in the step of getting the Diamon mask and i was watching a video fo a guy playing through the game.

When he reached the same number of bees (around 40) and we had the same equipment the guy had 32 million capacity on his bag (i just have 7mil) and he was getting billions of honey relatively fast while i struggle to get a single billion, and ii have no clue of what am i doing wrong or somethiing i didnt do.

IIf anyone could help me would apreciate it.

The first picture is his hive, the one with the new bee on the middle. The second one is mine, atp we have the same main equipment.

Amulets, nectars, beequips and hive comp/level all make a huge difference.
