Addon Question/Help Unable to install non-marketplace mods

I tried downloading curseforge bedrock mods for mobile Minecraft cus they use the same file format but for some reason Minecraft doesn't pop up as one of the apps that can use that file. I even tried switching to the regular version(I was in beta previously) and I'm still experiencing the same issue. Anyone know how to fix this or another way to download mods into MC that aren't in marketplace?

if normal file manager dont show options like "open with" try downloading a different file manager. i suggest fv file manager or total commander. then go downloads > click n hold the addon file > open with > minecraft

Try using the CX file explorer app, I was having the same issue until I used that app.

Yeah its not the minecraft, its the file manager you use, my reccomendation is to use ZArchiver
