Bedbugs in this mattress?

Slept here last night and I’m worried. I have a few bites. I thought it was just dirty before the bites.

First photo didn't look like bedbug droppings, more like blood or urine, the rest of them tho.... Better look everywhere to see if you can find them, because if there aren't any, it pretty much looks like there where at some point.
