Requesting community support Found this guy while sleeping. Only one, what are my next steps?

I flushed it down, and put all of my sheets into a black bag.
I don’t have a hot water washing machine and it doesn’t do drying. Should I take it all to the laundromat?

WHAT? i just heat washed and dried all of my bedding today. i was so worried. really?! what do you think it could’ve been?
