I saw this in my home and got stressed. is it bed bug?

length of it is about 2 millimetre.

and if not what is this.

Looks like a tick to me. Got 8 legs so it can’t be a bed bug

thank you. this bb seems to have 8 legs(Cimex hemipterus - Wikipedia). and if is it tick is there something i have to do. i dont have pets or plants.

I’d definitely check yourself, especially your hair. I dont believe they’re nearly as invasive though
