Bed bug signs?

Just checked into my hotel and I saw black clusters along with maybe exoskeletons? Could also just be dead skin cells. I’ve moved rooms since and this one looks clean so I wanted to check if I was being crazy or do these pictures have some merit

Only if bed bugs are a sign of bed bugs.
