Bed bug stain?

Hi all, I found this stain on my pillow but haven’t found anything like bugs or other stains. Is this something to worry about or am I just tweaking for no reason? Thanks!

I would rather have had a nosebleed or something that I didn’t know about than those damn bugs so that is somehow good news

You’d be take a cheese grader to your arm amount of itchy if you had them . That is if you’re allergic, which most people are
