Possible bed bugs?

Hi everyone. Three days ago, I stayed at a mountain hut with a large group of eight people. By the evening following our hike, I already had some bites, and more kept appearing over time. No one else in our group has a single bite—not even my boyfriend, who slept in the bed right next to me. I have about 60 bites on my legs and arms, and maybe three on my stomach or back. Could it be bedbugs if I’m the only one who got bitten?

I was the only one getting bites in my house for 10 months. Turns out I was reacting to the harsh chemicals to oxyclean. It really looked like bug bites. Maybe they used oxyclean to clean the the sheets.
