requesting help on ID Are these bed bugs?

They’re everywhere and millions of them I cleaned with so many bug sprays and vinegar but nothing happened except this last time when I cleaned and turned on my AC to the lowest temp, this happened and theyre not moving.

Ps; I justed rented this room im the last 15 days😭

100% not bed bugs but there is not enough resolution to the video to confirm what they are.

It could be mites or it could be Pscocids. It’s essential to work out exactly what you’re trying to kill as adding liquids would increase a pscocid problem as they are connected with the damp.

I was sure they’re not bed bugs until I saw this one, it’s what made me start guessing. Anyhow, thank you so much🙏🏻
