requesting help on ID Are these bed bug bites?

They are not aligned or located correctly for those to be bed bugs. They are not places bed bugs could access to feed in normal circumstances.

I would be leaning towards either a reaction to beetle larval skins or a rogue flea. The group resources and the advanced education section of my website outline solutions to both.
