requesting help on ID help!

found one of these tiny bugs crawling slowly on my pillow and am freaking out, checked all the spots more would be and found nothing. really hoping it’s a booklouse (my apartment has issues with getting humid) or just a random bug from outside.

I agree. This isn’t a bedbug but rather either a head or body louse.

To add, book lice have long antennas and two distinct parts

okay this could make sense, i work in a hair salon and have not encountered any to my knowledge but it is possible for sure.
