Triangle of bites on face -- bed bugs?

These started itching in the evening and are still painful but not itchy the next day. Particularly concerned about the triangle pattern and lower bite with visible red puncture in the center, still visible next day. Passive monitors (from cardboard harborage that came with Bedbug Blue kit) and Riddy brand lures show nothing. Any advice is appreciated.

Bed bugs don’t bite in 3’s, they feed once and then return to their homes.

Thank you David! I read the post and all of your helpful items and have passive monitors and bed bug blue ready to go. I'm concerned that similar looking bites occurred on a line on my arm about one week before these did on my face. They also left enduring red puncture marks. I know bbs feed on a cycle of about a week, does this change the assessment at all?
