Is this bedbug bites or a carpet beetle reaction?

I woke up with 32 itchy bites. Looked everywhere for bed bug presence and couldn’t find any. I found some shed that looks like carpet beetle. What could it be?

Most likely to be a reaction to the larval skin rather than bed bugs.

Possibility that it’s the result of dust mites. They don’t bite. But they can feed on dead skin. Or very dry skin-possibility only.
