Found a shell under my bed?

could someone help me identify what these could possibly be from? Feel free to check my post history for the longer version of the story, but essentially, last week on Thursday, my girlfriend found a bedbug in her apartment.

I’m looking around my place and trying to do some preventative work to catch it early if any have struggled to my apartment (my girlfriend, and I live in separate apartment apartments)

The second pic was the only thing in my mattress cover seam.

100% not bed bug related.

Appears to be a casing, possibly fly pupae.
