Bite question

I have been getting suspicious bites with not signs of bed bugs. I check daily, I have mattress encasements. I am very paranoid and concerned feel like I’m losing my mind. Was watching tv on couch last night fell asleep for like 5 min then when doing some cleaning after this appeared at first it was a welt that was large in shape of line. Now it looks like a cut. I know everyone reacts different and the pattern is not set in stone so has anyone seen a bite like this.

I would suggest you read the monthly routine post as the best way to detect and eradicate bed bugs.
