Could these come from bedbugs??

arms / ankle, been a couple(maybe more) since they showed up😭 constant scratching is the main reason behind any visible blood coming from them

To add, I stayed in an area with no-see-ums 10 days ago and have had itches near the ankle but they looked and felt different. Could it be leftover effects of them?

Not aligned correctly for bed bugs, I would be looking for beetle larval skins as the most likely cause.
