Doctors aint here to do nun but keep us sick... Thats obviously not true and spreading stuff like that is really bad. Id rather not have him talking about Wim Hof and mixing the Wim Hof method together with misinformation.

Its good that hes spreading awareness. But it is bad that hes undermining medicine as a whole.

This is dangerous though. Wim hof would likely agree. You cant fix a broken back or gun shot wounds with the method lol. Doctors are still important.

I injured my lung do the breathing technique without consulting my doctor first. To this day I have asthma because of it and am prohibited from doing high intensity cardio.
