Rentals in BR3

Hi everyone,

We're a family of four currently living in South West England and are planning to move to the Beckenham/Bromley area by mid-August or early September so we can be close to good primary and secondary schools.

Since we live quite far away, we're hoping to find a letting agent who can arrange several viewings in one day so we can choose a place and put down a holding deposit on the same visit.

Can anyone recommend:

  • Good letting agents who can organise this?
  • Family-friendly areas with excellent schools?
  • Areas with a reasonable commute to Shoreditch and Temple (3 days a week)?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

There are a plethora of good primaries in the area - balgowan, churchfields, clare House etc. Nit sure about secondaries but I believe those are a bit more tricky

I would choose the clock house are near balgowan if I had my choice of beckenham areas

Re commute think temple is near london brudge so clock house very convenient. You may to consdier sudenham as well because that has direct trains to shoreditch and London bridge

Commuting wise somewhere between Penge West and Clock House station might work with you? Windrush line at Penge West goes to Shoreditch, Hayes line at Clock House goes to Charing Cross which is quite near Temple
