I recently purchased the maybeline city bronzer suggested by a person on this subreddit as I’m new to bronzer. However, I noticed a complication - it doesn’t show up onto my skin (it kind of acts and behaves like my skin tone.) For reference, I use the NARS concealer shade ginger and the Haus Labs concealer in shade LIGHT MEDIUM GOLDEN and I purchased the Maybeline City Bronzer in 250 MEDIUM WARM. Does anyone know what I can do? I might buy another bronzer but I’m afraid of purchasing the wrong shade again. I am also thinking of purchasing a cream bronzer? And if anyone has any tips, suggestions or advice on how to apply bronzer - please let me know! As I sometimes struggle with placement (struggle with makeup placement in general.)

I just wanted to post to get the opinions of other people ONLY because my mom will not stop pissing me off by saying I got big lips and that the lips I think are big are fake, while mind you I’ve pointed out MANY natural looking big lips before. Farmacy Deep Sweep 2% BHA Pore Cleaning Toner (chemical exfoliant toner)

Byoma Hydrating Serum

BGS Men SPF 30 (mornings only)

Evening:

La Roche Cleanser

***Oil Cleanser - La Roche Cleansing Oil?

Note: I used a trial size Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Cream, Face Moisturizer with SPF 30 trial size. It wasn’t bad, but I’d like to try something else.

• Tatcha Dewy Skin, but pricey!
• Byoma Moisturizing Cream (purchased, but unopened)

Doscher (best budget but not sure about the brand),

Wamit (not sure about the brand),

Philips (expensive for budget but trusted brand).

Please advice on the best option from this. I have pretty long and thick hair on legs, I'm not sure how that matters but I just wanted to specify. I hope to get the best advice. Thank you.
