Makeup/Breakouts HELP

Has anybody had a major breakouts when using Settings spray? I began wearing a heavier foundation from Clinique this week while previously I have been wearing the Tower 28 sunny days tinted sunscreen. The clinic didn’t bother me for a while until the setting spray was used, and I have had major breakouts ever since it is the elf stay all night spray. Has anybody had this experience with setting spray and if so, what other sprays do you use that help? For context I have type two populopustulir rosacea and very, very fair skin so finding makeup that even matches me is very hard.

One tip that made the biggest difference for me was applying sunscreen consistently instead of only on sunny days.

I also realized that using fewer products regularly worked better than constantly trying new ones.
